Woking’s hardcore Super Series sports car gets tested on circuit
British supercar specialist McLaren Automotive has developed an extra-special, limited-volume, track-ready version of the highly-rated 720S as the latest instalment in its ‘longtail’ series of hardcore driver’s cars.
The McLaren 765 LT gets lightweight panels, shorter gearing, engine and suspension overhauls and special aerodynamic features. It’s road-legal – but we’d be missing a trick if we didn’t test one on a circuit. So that’s what we did.
