Have a look at the new Genesis G70 Shooting Brake which is due to arrive in Australia later this year.
Hyundai’s luxury car arm Genesis is quickly expanding its lineup of premium sedans and SUVs, and now it adds a wagon into the mix. Our exclusive content partners in Europe where Genesis unveiled the G70 Shooting Brake for the first time have had a quick look at the model and provided us with a glimpse of what to expect.
At 4685mm long and 1400mm high with a wheelbase of 2835mm, the G70 Shooting Brake is the same size as the G70 sedan. However, the shooting brake body style isn’t just for show. The car has a 465-litre boot, which is 40 per cent bigger in comparison to the G70 sedan, and the rear seats fold in a handy 40/20/40 split.
Inside, Genesis’s premium ambitions are clear to see with knurled finishes on most of the switchgear, as well as diamond-quilted perforated leather. The Shooting Brake will match its sedan stablemate for technology, with a wireless smartphone charger, a 10.25-inch infotainment system and a 360-degree camera, as well as a 3D digital instrument cluster.
Pricing and specification for Australia is yet to be detailed but it is expected to launch in October this year.
