Last Alfa Romeo 4C pays homage to the original Italian racing car in both name and style.
Alfa Romeo will say goodbye to its 4C with the 33 Stradale Tributo, an homage to the Italian sports car.
Alfa’s 4C first launched locally in 2015 and has been the sportiest two-seat model available in the local lineup, with a featherwight chassis and 1.7-litre four-cylinder turbo engine producing 177kW at 6000rpm and 350Nm through a titanium Akrapovic exhaust system for quite the aural delight.
Outside, the exterior of the Alfa Romeo 4C 33 Stradale Tributo gains a unique Special Ville d’Este red paint colour and gold wheels. Carbon-fibre accents also feature for the front vents and mirror covers are decorated with the colours of the Italian flag. Carbon-fibre is further featured on the roof of the Coupe, whilst the Spider houses a carbon fibre roll bar. The front air intake is finished in piano black, along with the rear diffuser.
Inside, the carbon-fibre tub that helps shave much weight, is painted in red. The seats are finished in two-tone leather matching the upper dash and stitching, with unique ‘33 Stradale Tributo’ plaque.
But with all good things coming to an end, Alfa Romeo will sell the tribute in a limited quanity of 15, all uniquely numbered. Of the 15, ten will be coupes and five are open-top spiders.
“The Alfa Romeo 4C is a beautiful representation of the Alfa Romeo brand, culminating both Italian style and technical performance,” said Tom Noble, Director of Marketing Communications for Alfa Romeo.
“This is a tribute to an icon and we’re thrilled to be able to provide Australian enthusiasts with an opportunity to own a piece of history with the Alfa Romeo 4C 33 Stradale Tributo,” he continued.
The Alfa Romeo 4C 33 Stradale Tributo is arriving in Australian dealerships now, with customer deliveries commencing this August. Pricing is set at $123,000 plus on-road costs for the coupe and $133,000 for the spider.
